The hotel has a great location, close to Cenang street and key tourist attractions. However, the rooms were quite disappointing, feeling dark and unclean with unwelcome insects. The service improved after a complaint, but staff training is definitely needed. Dining was a major highlight, with a delicious variety of options that my family loved, making breakfast one of the better parts of our stay.

My stay was quite mixed. The hotel is in a great location, near Chenang Beach and local attractions, which I loved. However, the rooms left a lot to be desired as they weren't very clean and had an unpleasant smell. The service staff tried their best, but there were definitely some areas that needed improvement in hospitality. Overall, while the location was excellent, the room conditions made it hard to fully enjoy my time there.

I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the upside, the location is pretty convenient with nearby restaurants and stores. The rooms were spacious, but I found them to be a bit dark and noisy. The service from Jessica in Guest Service was a highlight, as she was incredibly helpful and friendly.
