Reviews and Ratings
The hotel has a great location, close to Cenang street and key tourist attractions. However, the rooms were quite disappointing, feeling dark and unclean with unwelcome insects. The service improved after a complaint, but staff training is definitely needed. Dining was a major highlight, with a delicious variety of options that my family loved, making breakfast one of the better parts of our stay.
My stay at the hotel had its pros and cons. While the location was decent, being close to some attractions and restaurants, the rooms fell short of expectations, especially traveling with young kids. The service was friendly, but the dining experience was quite chaotic and not very enjoyable. Overall, I found some value for money, but improvements could definitely be made.
My stay was quite mixed. The hotel is in a great location, near Chenang Beach and local attractions, which I loved. However, the rooms left a lot to be desired as they weren't very clean and had an unpleasant smell. The service staff tried their best, but there were definitely some areas that needed improvement in hospitality. Overall, while the location was excellent, the room conditions made it hard to fully enjoy my time there.
The hotel has a slightly faded charm and overlooks a huge pool and beautiful gardens, which adds some character. While the staff is friendly and eager to help, the service can be inconsistent, leading to some frustration. The location is decent, with good restaurants nearby, but it’s a bit of a trek to the beach past construction sites. Overall, it offers a mix of good value for money, but some areas, particularly the dining and service, could use improvement.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. On the upside, the location is pretty convenient with nearby restaurants and stores. The rooms were spacious, but I found them to be a bit dark and noisy. The service from Jessica in Guest Service was a highlight, as she was incredibly helpful and friendly. However, the dining experience left much to be desired, and the facilities could use some improvements.
